If you’ve spent some time exploring EOwn’s content stream editor, you will notice most of the editable graphic content is supported by Canva. But before you can customize these graphics to your own, you need to integrate a Canva account to EOwn. This guide will quickly show you every step on how to integrate Canva into EOwn. 

What is Canva?

Canva is a graphic design tool that works to simplify the process. It is loaded with enough easy-to-use features and functionality that anyone can create a variety of engaging content that gets shared. That means you don’t have to be a professional graphic designer to create real estate infographics or any graphic templates from the EOwn library.

How to Create a Canva account?

Creating an account on Canva is super easy and totally free. Just follow these three steps.

1. Open your browser and go to www.canva.com

2. On the homepage on Canva, click on Signup. The signup button is on the rightmost top corner of the page. On the sign-up page, you can create a Canva account in three ways: 

• Using your email address.

• Using your Gmail account.

• Using your Facebook account.

3. Once you are done with the Signup process, you’ll be navigated to the homepage and dashboard of your Canva account. Now you’ve successfully created a Canva account. Next step, you’ll want to connect your Canva account to EOwn! 

How to Connect your Canva account to EOwn account?

1. After you sign in to your Canva account, go to stream editor

2. Navigate to Add Content > Graphic Content > Connect to Canva. 

Now you can edit your graphic on the Canva pop-up and click Publish to add your graphic to the stream.

Common questions about Integrating Canva to EOwn

1. Why do I have to pay when using Canva graphics?

We understand this situation can be a little upsetting. When our team creates these graphics, we always use Free Elements in Canva for all users to get access without a Canva Pro subscription. However, sometimes Canva upgrades Free Elements into Pro Elements and we’re sorry about that. If you’re experiencing this kind of trouble, please contact our Support Team here and we’ll adjust the graphics with only Free Elements.

2. How can I disconnect my Canva account from EOwn?

To make it clear, your Canva account is not technically connected to EOwn. Unlike when we require your permission to access and connect your Pocket and Typeform account, we don’t require any pesmision to access your Canva account here. It means to “disconnect” your Canva account from EOwn, all you have to do is log out of your Canva account.
