Your target customers want visually stunning images and not just a bunch of text. Using great visual pieces is a key way to improve engagement and create better brand recognition. In this article, you’re going to learn how to add and edit graphic content in content streams. Do you have full ability to use your graphics, or those from the town library. ?

1. Use your own graphics


Do you have a lot of images of a new property that you want to add to tthe o content stream and impress the buyers? Or you host an open house and want to share the event images with your leads? In this case, uploading your graphics to the stream editor would be your best choice.

To add your own graphics, simply click Add Content > Graphic Content > Upload/ Paste Image URL. Now you can choose between uploading images from your computer or pasting image URLs.

Upload the image from your local computer


Click the Choose file button and select the graphics you want to add to your content stream. Keep in mind that EOwn only supports images in jpg, jpeg, png, gif format and not larger than 50Mb.



Paste image URL


If you come across a graphic on the Internet that you want to use, you can copy its URL link and paste it here to import it to your stream. 

  1. To copy the image URL link, right-click on the image and select Copy image address.

2. Paste the link on the Url box and click Confirm.


2. Use EOwn graphic library

If you don’t have many graphics at hand, or simply want to use graphic templates to save time, here we are. The EOwn graphic library provides a shortcut that allows you to use curated stock graphics or pre-made graphic templates that EOwn Content team professionally designs for various real estate marketing use cases.

To access the EOwn graphic library, go to Add Content > Graphic Content > Use Library.

On the popup, you’ll see a list of graphics from that have been either curated or designed in-house, and all are ideal to demonstrate your real estate expertise to your prospects and customers. 

There are 2 types of graphics: stock images and editable Canva templates. The stock graphics only have 1 button Use Now, while Canva templates have 2 options Use now and Edit Template.

You can use stock images for all kinds of marketing and business-related purposes:  listings, landing pages, social media images, or newsletters. These graphics have been carefully curated and collected by the EOwn team from various trustworthy sources.

When you find the graphics that suit your needs, click Use now to add them to your content stream.


Canva templates from EOwn library


These Canva templates allow users with no graphic design experience to create professional-looking designs. There are countless templates to help you create polished graphics quickly and easily. You can find templates for listing, branding, social media, real estate events, and more.


If you only want to search for Canva templates from the EOwn library, check on Show only editable images.


Once you find a desirable template, click on the Edit Template button to start editing. Then you will be processed to use Canva Template. There will be 2 popups, one of which connects to the Canva template and the other is where you paste the Canva template link to import it to your stream editor. 

All you have to do is copy and paste the Canva link to Connect Canva pop-up and click Save Changes to add the image to your stream. Now you can fully access and customize the template to your own.

3. Connect to Canva Account


This feature allows you to design your graphic on a Canva popup without leaving the stream editor. Before you jump to this step, you should have a Canva account logged in advance. Then click Add Content > Graphic Content > Connect to Canva.

After your Canva account is connected, you can edit the images directly on Canva and publish them. Then the graphic will be automatically imported into the stream.

Now you can see the graphic in the stream. The graphic is viewed in full size and can be edited at any time. To edit it, click on the Canva icon and publish your changes when you’re done. Or you can use the Library icon and click the Edit Template button for new images.

4. Connect to Unsplash

Unsplash is a free stock photography site. The website has more than one hundred thousand contributing photographers. And there are thousands, if not a hundred thousand, professional-looking photographs about the Real Estate Niche. 

Thankfully, now you can access Unsplash and add images from there to your streams without going anywhere else! The Unsplash Library connected to EOwn is now available. All you need to do is simply go to Add content > Graphic Content > Connect to Unplash, select your favorite graphics, and click Use Now.
