Congratulations! You’ve successfully published your content stream. Now let's move to the Analyse step where you'll find all the necessary metrics to track and analyse the content stream's performance.
Step 1: Analyse Channel metrics
In the Promote tab, if you’ve published the content stream links which have the channel parameter at the end, now you can track how much traffic comes from the corresponding channels.
This will help you learn which channels are more effective at attracting leads for the particular topics of your content stream. If some channel doesn't perform well, you can tweak the promotional content on these channels with other templates from EOwn library.
Step 2: Analyse Forms and Quiz
In this section, you can view the responses that you got from the forms and quizzes in your content stream.
From these responses, you can collect emails and phone numbers of new leads, or use the responses to better understand your customers.
For more tips on how to use form responses to segment your contact lists, watch the video:
Step 3: Analyse Item metrics
Since a content stream typically has multiple articles, graphics, and forms, you may not know which content items would be most interesting to your audience.
One metric that can show levels of interest is the Click rate. When the audience is interested in an item, they will click to see its microsite. That click is counted and shown here.
By analyzing the click rate, you'll understand which content gets the most interest from your audience and re-use them in other content streams to optimize your marketing campaigns.
Let’s sum it up!
At the Analyse step, you are provided with all the necessary metrics to track and analyse the content stream's performance. By making full use of them, you are taking one step further to build a long-term relationship with your audience. ?
