How to change your plan

Expand the Manage my subscription section to change your plan. For example, you may want to upgrade your Professional plan to a Team plan. Upgrades and changes to free trials take effect immediately.
If you change from a paid plan to a plan with fewer features (including a Free plan), your changes take effect at the end of the current paid period. This allows you to continue to benefit from all the paid plan features until the period ends. For information on changing to a Free plan with fewer features, see
Start or stop renewing your subscription

Expand the Manage my subscription area to start or stop renewing your subscription. Your subscription is set to renew unless you turn this feature off. If your subscription is not set to renew and it expires, you go to the billing page when you log in to Hootsuite. Re-enable your paid subscription to avoid losing any of your paid features (for example, additional social accounts or team members). You can also make sure your plan meets the Free plan limits and switch to a Free plan.
