Most of the time, your account-related emails (e.g. password reset, verification link, etc.) will arrive quickly in your inbox, and all you need to do is click on the link in that email. However, sometimes things don’t go as expected. This quick guide will walk you through the most common issues and what you can do.

Not Receiving Email

  • Double-check that the email address you entered or registered is correct. 
  • Check the spam or promotions folders in your email. If you find the email in these folders, mark it as "not spam" to ensure that you receive it in your inbox in the future.
  • Refresh your email inbox to see if there are any delays in receiving emails.
  • Request for another email. Go to Account Settings to resend the verification email.
  • If your email provider has a very strict spam filter, maybe it doesn’t let the email through. In this case, check with your I.T. or add our email address hello@eown.com to your contacts/safe list and resend the email.

Verification link not working

  • Clear your browser cache. Next, go to your EOwn account and request another verification email.
  • If you're still having trouble with the link, try using your mobile device to access it. It might also help to turn off your mobile wifi and only use data.
